On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells quite sweet for the style, but the label does seem to indicate that some sort of unknown breakfast cereal is in this one? It’s syrupy and citrusy on the nose.

I really do not enjoy this one. It’s just way too sweet, syrupy, and unbalanced for the style – if cereal was actually added here, that was a mistake.

This is not super drinkable, just kind of flabby on the finish.

I do not need cereal in my double IPAs, ever again.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a quite hazy orange juice color with a small head of white foam. The head has a decent level of retention, fading over time and leaving a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a vegetal and herbal hop aroma, mixed with some pine and earth. There are notes of orange and hay as well as a little bit of a lemon and an onion smell. Overall, rather interesting in aroma.
Taste – The taste begins with a dank hopped taste paired with a bready and slightly doughy malt base. The hop is mainly of a pine and herbal nature, with a touch of grapefruit and floral notes. The malty base is accompanied by some light orange and tangerine and a little bit of peach and apricot. The malt and the sweet fade a touch as the taste advances, all while some vegetal and musty tastes join in. While not something that sounds super appealing, the vegetal flavors actually blend with the rest quite nice, and with a touch of alcohol and cracker coming in at the very end, one is left with a dank, vegetally, and lightly sweetened taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is rather low. For the odd mix of flavors the feel is actually pretty nice, and makes for a nice sipper.
Overall - Overall, I really actually sorta liked this. Somewhat off in flavors, but somehow they all meld together rather well. Quite fun and interesting and one I will certainly go back to.

Pours a hazy orange with a 2F head , moderate lacing and sediment.

Smells of slightly dank piney hops with citrus.

Tastes of grapefruit, orange and mango with a lightly bitter finish.

Medium heavy body with light carbonation. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel.

This is a nice juicy drinkable brew with a very tart sediment that I would prefer to avoid.
