A Kent Falls Brewing and Kinsmen Brewing co-collab, Scoby Snacks is a bright and funky beer with a hint of ginger in the background and drinks like a hybrid of kombucha and a brett beer. Cross Culture Kombucha SCOBY was used for the collab to bring this beer together and then aged in wine barrels.
