The color is a hazy gold with a ginger of foamy white head with some lacing left on the glass,
The smell is grassy with a citrus backbone that is sweet and is slightly aggressive. Some orange and lemongrass is also hiding in the background.
The taste is sweet as well with more hoppy fruit flavor. Some plum and apple flavor is the at first but leads right into a strong citrus flavor that melds with a bitterness that comes out toward the end.
The feel of this beer is big but smooth so it slides down like a lighter beer. Like a greased pig, heavy becomes light and has a silky feel toward the end.

On-tap 10/31/2014 at the brewpub, in Cranston, RI served in a snifter glass.
A: The beer is a deep golden brown color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains piney hops, Belgian yeast, caramelized malts and some citrus.
T: The taste starts out with a grassy hops bitterness. Then the bitterness is enhanced by a mildly sour bite from the wild Belgian yeast. Then some sweet flavors of caramel and citrus come in. The malt character is hearty and brings some balance. The after-taste is slightly bitter.
M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, strong kick, good representation of style, this is a decent beer to drink for a while.
