On-tap 11/26/2014 at the brewpub, in Cranston, RI served in a snifter glass.
A: The beer is a deep golden brown color, with a thin off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains floral hops, fruity citrus and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of citrus and caramel. Then a strong floral hops bitterness comes. The malt character is hearty and creates a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Very tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, strong kick, very good representation of style, this is a nice 2IPA to drink for a long time.
