Artista Zynergia: Solaris is a blend of an OEC "semi-spontaneously" fermented ale with Spanish Sagardoa from Sarasola. Together they combine to create a unique combination between tart apple cider and the lime and lemony acidity of the ale.

Poured into an oec teku glass. A big frothy white head and pale straw yellow body. Smells sulfury and of apples. Once fizz settled down i jumped into pear apple tartness with some slight funk. Absolute perfect summer beer/cider.cheers oec

The beer has similarities to a cider. Green apple, lemon tart, a touch of funk, but also with the lighter mouthfeel with it coming in at 4.8%. A fine beer to session or pair with food, but I found it slacking lacking on the palate.
