Look: creamy peach with a white head that slowly recedes to a film
Smell: deep musty funk, sharp lactic notes and a bit of peach skin
Taste: lovely earthy, musty funk up front and finishes with a very clean fresh peach juice. Perfect amount of acidity carries it through.
Feel: moderately carbed with enough acidity to be lively on the tongue.
Overall: a beautifully complex and fruit forward wild ale. Well done.

The beer comes in a deep orange color, with the peach flesh color coming through.

The beer has lemony tart, funk, a soft and pillowy wheaty base, white peach and unripen apricot. The sherry barrel jumps out at certain points with the spice and fruity qualities of sherry coming through. A wonderfully complex fruited sour.
