III Blended is our hybrid of a Belgian Tripel and a Double IPA brewed with brettanomyces. III is brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of unmalted wheat along with copious amounts of hops. This version was lagered in Merlot barrels before being dry hopped with whole cone Mosaic hops.
