Vindemia Rosa #1 is a blend of three different ales matured in old wine barrels for at least 1 year from Napa, CA & matured on red & white grapes: Spontalis matured in a Syrah barrel with Marechal Foch grapes, Exilis matured in a Merlot barrel with Chambourcin grapes and Salsus matured in a Chardonnay barrel with Traminete grapes.
