Introducing Pasca: The Romans were famous in their disdain for beer noting that beer was a drink for barbarians. The Roman Emperor Julian even composed a poem about the amazing qualities of wine while also stating that beer smelled like goat!
To celebrate the Roman dislike towards beer we blended a sour ale that was aged in fine Gaulish (French) wine barrels & on Chambourcin (Also French) grape skins that is sure to have been better than the traditional Pasca that the legionnaires drank (A field drink made from sour wine, water & a touch of vinegar).

Pours a dull orange-gold with no head. Nose expresses citrus and a hint of salt. Taste reveals citrus, lime zest and lactose. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation just shy of lively and a trace of acidity. Overall, a solid Wild Ale, but a bit tough to follow after Morpheus & Phantasus.
