Poured from a 750mL bottle into a tulip. The underlying sour is quality, but it's elevated dramatically by the dry, crisp finish yielded by the sake-inspired fermentation process. Much like the Rice IPA series from Kuhnhenn, the twist on a classic style serves this beer beautifully.
