Appearance: Arrives fairly clear and golden colored with a one finger head that leaves a few shards
Smell: Lactic tones with lemon, tangerine and a hint of nectarine; vinous oak and juniper complements
Taste: Lactic flavors on the taste buds, with a strong nectarine element; vinous, through the middle, with lemon and tangerine developing, after the swallow; a little juniper in the finish to complement the sourness
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with low to moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: A really nice sour with a variety of interesting elements

wine aromas. Full mouthfeel of sour. lemony orange taste up front, wine background, and a bit of gin in finish. Lots of foam that dissipates over time.
