This one pours a somewhat hazy golden yellow, with a small white fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like white wine, oak, sweet grapefruit, funky spritz, and lemon.
I think this is a somewhat older bottle, but the hop character is still shining through here, as there's soft peach, lemon, and grapefruit galore here. The sourness is soft, and inviting, with vanilla, lemon, and a less prickly acidity than OEC is typically known for. It's clearly blended well, and I think it's tasty.
This is light bodied, crisp, drinkable, and smooth, with a pretty refreshing quality to it.
I'd definitely like to try a few more of the beers in this series. Hoppy wild ales are a favorite of mine, for sure.

Poured into a tulip from a 750mL bottle. Solid lemon, lemongrass, and dry white wine. Hop undertones give way to almost-shellfish-like notes lingering in the background. Outstanding.
