Batch 1, Blended in 2017, dated 2/18/2017, drank out of a Hill Farmstead oversized wine glass.
Nice pour, straw colored, minimal head and minimal bouquet - bretty and acidy. Taste out of the gate at fridge temp was harsh - way too acidity and tart for me, but after it warmed, it became more tolerable. Mouthfeel was somewhat masked by the this but seemed medium.
Overall one of my least favorite OEC beers given the strong in your face acid. It was like many other lambics that people love, and we’ve all drank them, but I’ve come to appreciate OEC for imparting a more unique take on its beers, and I didn’t get that with this.
