Cease & Narcist (Formerly known as Narcissus) is a non traditional interpretation of a lambic style blend using 60% young Double IPA with 40% 1 year old Spontalis.
Spontalis is 100% spontaneously fermented (No cultured yeast or bacteria is added whatsoever) by sitting in our coolship for 16 hours and then undergoing fermentation in oak barrels. The Double IPA was brewed with Centennial, Ella & Mosaic and matured in wine barrels for 7 months.

Really solid lambic style beer. Has a good funky smell and an amazing aftertaste. Great illustration of a coolship spontaneous fermentation. I love this beer.
