Lovely beer that plays on the theme of the classic style very well. Tart and fla, vorful with hints of lime peel and tart pear cider and a touch of salt. Nose brings that citrus peel along some spiced vanilla. Great stuff

Pours a burnished gold with a tight band around the shoulders and a slight haze to the clarity. Nose expresses cardamon, medicinal and herbal notes. Taste follows nose with the addition of a peppery quality. Mouthfeel is light and acidic with a carbonation shy of lively. Overall, there's a little too much going on for me in this beer. Complexity is a bit over the top.

this is awesome beer, so stoked to have found this on tap in idaho, extremely complex as gose goes, and maybe not the most representative example of the style, but i dont care. its super wild and sour, very lembic-esque in terms of fermentation profile and maturity, way more than just a kettle soured wheat beer with a neutral ferment, its super funky, old worldy, rustic, and amazing. i think the spices on this are pretty minimal, cardamom and vanilla are especially reserved in here, it has some wit type spicing to me, but not as complex there as anticipated, subtle clove and coriander and citrus, but its about the fermentation profile more than anything else. i get some rawness from the grain, wheaty sure, but quite earthy and rugged, a nice base for the rising acidity as this warms. i do get quite a lot of salt at the end, which both dries it out, but also sort of makes my mouth water for more each time i sip it, and i end up putting this away way too fast for how good and nuanced and rare it is, like i wish i could have drank it slower, but it kept calling me back. lots of bretty funk, white winey acidity, oak, tannins, dried flowers, oranges, and hay. the minerals from the salt at the end are also nice. i love how wild this is, id love to know more about the process here, but its a downright impressive beer with a ton of lambic character. what a treat!
