Blend of a white ale (Coriander & peel) aged in oak foeders and a barrel aged saison that was in white barrels and neutral medium toast barrels. It is brewed with just enough sourness to focus the mind while also being incredibly thirst quenching makes this sour ale the perfect companion for any rigorous outdoor activities as Pétanque.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like white wine, lemony funk, fresh cut grass, lactic yogurt, stone fruit, spice and citrus.
This is a solid little blended beer. The BA saison part of it comes through more strongly, with big citrus, white wine, oak, and horsey/lemony funk. There's a hint of spice from the BA wit, some coriander and citrusy spice character.
This is light bodied, clean, lightly tart, and very drinkable. It comes across as super refreshing.
I really like how this one turned out - I imagine it'd be a good base beer for fruit additions.

A- 12oz can pours into a becher with a slightly hazy pale yellow body. The head rises quickly to a finger high with a foamy consistency and fair retention. Spotty lacing.
S- Bright and pungent, can smell this one from quite a ways away. Fairly funky and complex aromas that feel like a mix of Brett and lacto fermentation and suggest a massive sourness. Sour cherry pie, lemons, horse blanket, a touch of acetic, musty vinous hints and earthiness.
T- Sourness leads the way with a big lactic sour candy note and a bit of acetic acid as well but much more secondary. Sour mash, yeasty funkiness, lemons, a hint of tart stone fruits, fruit pits, vinous sour grapes, musty funk and white wine. Again brings a bit more funk than your standard low non-lambic sour. With time the sourness takes over a lot.
MF- Light bodied with a carbonation level somewhat on the low side. Texture is just a bit foamy and honestly could use some more heft here. Luckily the lighter body suits the flavors and it isn't a huge deal in the end.
Very sour with plenty of fruity and funky flavors. Has a lot of depth for what I am assuming is a quicker American style sour.

A cloudy gold pour manages to catch some morning light in a way that turns the glass to a gem. A finger of pure white foam kicks back quickly to a bare cap.
Full strength aroma that captures righteous tart notes and wraps them in light citrus, and earthy/peppery funk. As it warms other fruity notes I cannot match to names add wonderfully to an alluring bouquet.
Full flavored taste is fronted by a variety of sour and tart notes, some sharp, some yeasty, some rotten fruit-like, some white wine-like. They quickly are joined by an assortment of light spice flavors (earthy pepper, coriander-like, others) balanced in a way to not dominate, but to last into the end of sip. There are citrus notes also that provide just the right flavor to turn this into an exceptionally delicious beer.
Easy drinking to a fault, lively carb. viscous enough to provide a clean, killer finish, but very refreshing.
At its roots this is a simple Berliner-esque sour beer with spice added. Yet it captures an amazing amount of clean, strong flavors, tames them, balances them, and allows them to perform refreshing dances of deliciousness on the palate
