The Vindemia project encompasses ales brewed with wine grapes grown on our own property. We are currently cultivating the following varieties: Chambourcin, Catawba, Cayuga, Marechal Foch, Traminete & Vidal Blanc.
Vindemia Rouge #1 is a blend of different ales matured in Matthiason Vineyards Red Hen Merlot (Napa, CA) barrels with our 2017 Marechal Foch & Chambourcin grapes.
