Artista Zynergia is an international blending project between B. United International, OEC & fine producers from around the world.
Jotunheim is a blended ale produced in cooperation with Voss Bryggeri (Voss, Norway). It is a blend of several different ales: A Voss ale brewed with foraged Nordic berries and fermented with Kviek yeast, a double matured blend of OEC sour ales in pink granite and OEC;s spontaneously fermented ale matured in oak barrels.

This one pours a murky light reddish color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells great, with a funky old berry character, lemon rind, big acidity, oak, and wine.
I don't really know what foraged Nordic berries were used here, but whatever they are - they add a prickly but somewhat juicy fruitiness to the beer. This is pretty sour, as most OEC beers tend to be, with a prickly and vinous funk. There's oak, old lemon, and some sour white wine here.
This is light bodied, with a big lingering acidity, and a prickly carbonation.
This is highly wacky, but it works really well. I love seeing the incredibly creative blends that OEC and their buddies come up with.

On tap at The Ginger Man in New York City. And the name is quite a mouthfull...
Pours a semi clear amber with low, wispy foam.
Smell is sour and oaky with notes of vanilla, citrus, apricot and cranberries.
Taste is sour and vinous. Very dry , with notes of oaky vanilla, citrus, red berries and some funk. Very complex and just on the right side in acidity.
Mouthfeel is medium and dry, with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very complex sour that takes its time to get into.
