Look - light hay, non translucent, only a thin bit of head that dissipated quickly.
Smell - wild tangy sour smell that gave off an initial hint of tea.
Taste - tangy and sour. I've never had kombacha so can't opine on its presence. I can taste some tea of the green or jasmine tea flavor, but not in a dominant way at all, which is good. Either way, this beer tastes damn good and quite refreshing.
Feel - light to medium - hard to imagine the can get this much mouthfeel out of such a low ABV beer but it's there. Only slightly mouth puckering.
Overall - a totally decent beer that I could have anytime of the day or night.
