Pétanque is a blend of young sour ale spiced with coriander & orange peel and an old sour ale matured in medium toast french oak barrels. Rosé de Pétanque is a special version using just a touch of steam extracted blueberry juice from Evergreen Berry Farm (Watertown, CT) resulting in a Rosé style sour ale.
