I had this on draft 4/24/23 @ the Hopleaf.
Opaque orange/yellow appearance.
Tiny white head; nice lace.
Lemon, fresh flowers & mild melon notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Lemon, mildly tart melon & faint fresh flowers flavors.
Bright; tart but not punishing. A refreshing brew.

This one pours a slightly opaque golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like white wine, floral funk, citrus rind, grapefruit, and stone fruit.
This is kind of reminiscent of that rustic herbal funk that I sometimes get out of SARA beers – and that’s quite a good comparison in my eyes. It’s pretty floral, with some light sweetness, and a firm acidity – much less pronounced than some of OEC’s beers, but still certainly there.
This is lighter bodied, with a really nice drinkability.
This is one of the more subtle OEC wild ales, and it’s quite tasty.

Had on tap. Pale yellow bubbly body with two fingers of white foam. Smell has that lovely oak, flowers, belgian yeast, and slight lemon zest. Taste is bland in comparison, oak and flowers essentially, but could see how it would compliment foods well. Feel is thin, medium, and bright. Better versions of this beer out there, but this is fine
