This is a blend of sour ale with Japanese plums and unfiltered Sake. I didn't find this beer to be particularly special and didn't love the flavor combination. Of course drinkable, but I prefered the other OEC beer to this.

From OEC's website: "A special collaboration between OEC and Kiuchi, Japan. Blend of sour ale matured in oak barrels with Japanese plums and unfiltered sparkling sake."

Drank 300ml bottle purchased at brewery on September 20, 2019. Beautifully blended to capture the dryness of the sake and the full range of plum sweetness and tartness. The mouthfeel of this beer is Cantillon-worthy, and I'm pissed at myself for only having grabbed 3 while down there.
