A- Tallboy into a goblet with a slightly hazy pale yellow body. The head rises up to about an inch high with a very foamy consistency and decent retention. What remains is a tiny ring at the edges and rare spots of lacing stick to the glass.
S- You appreciate both the hops and the Berliner base right away with the latter taking a slight edge in strength overall with lactic acid, lemony and grainy notes. Tart citrus hoppy notes, some sour stone fruit hints, watermelon sour patch kids and grassy hints.
T- Well balanced and the instructions on the back of the can speak to OEC's knowledge and touch here. The base wheat still shines through and this is far from just a sour lactic acid bomb. Opens with a mix of the hops and medium strength lactic sours with strawberry, lime, lemon, sour melon and sour white grapes.
MF- Light bodied with a puffy and foamy texture. The carbonation is moderately low but the beer still remains soft and silky. Tart finish.
A very balanced flavor profile with wheat, hops and bacterial fermentation as the driving force of the beer's characteristics. Strawberry, lemon/lime, wheat and lactic acid.

Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Smells like grassy lemon with good funkiness. Tastes is sour but also farmhouse. This was the best beer of the 6 beer flite I did.

This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a big white fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like candied lemon, melon, light and soft acidity, grassy funk, and piney hops.
This is pretty tremendous. It's dripping with juicy hops - lemon, orange, melon, maybe even strawberry, along with a firm but pleasant acidity, and a grassy and soft funk. There's a touch of bitterness on the finish, but not a ton.
This is light bodied, super drinkable, and surprisingly clean for this brewery.
I want to drink more of this series. This is an exellent beer.
