B1 dated August 18, 2018. A nice-looking beer with a distinctly light red color and just a little head, lots of bouquet on first crack of the bottle, but the taste was just too acidic for me. I started with it as 55 degrees and it got less so as it warmed, but still not my best OEC.

This is a beer and kombucha blend with a ton of black raspberries. The beer sounds really cool, but within my 6 beer flight I had this amongst the lower end in terms of taste. Definitely not bad though.
