Oudilis Cerasus Huckleberry is an interpretation of a “Belgian Style Kriek” with a slight tweak. This blend was done using 3 year old Hanssen’s Kriek with Schaarbeekse cherries and a sour saison that was matured 5 months in red wine barrels (Napa, CA) with hand picked huckleberries from our property.
