III Blended is our hybrid of a Belgian Tripel and a Double IPA brewed with brettanomyces. III is brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of unmalted wheat along with copious amounts of hops.
This version of III is lagered for 12 months in red wine barrels from Napa, California and is then dry hopped using only Loral full cone hops.
