This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like floral funk, intense lemony acidity, citrus, orange peel, and lemongrass.
This worked well - the orange/yuzu additions are a nice complement, but don't overwhelm the beer. There's a nice floral and herbal funk, along with white wine, and a big lemon character. It's moderately sour, but not quite as puckering as most OEC tends to be.
This is acidic, but soft on the finish, with a good drinkability to it. It was clearly blended well.
I always want to try new OEC blends and wild creations, and this was very pleasant.
