L: Pours a pale gold with a medium haze. A gentle pour results in a finger of fine, white head that falls to a 4 mm ring around the glass with a splotchy sheet of head in the middle that leaves minimal spotty lacing as the beer goes down.

S: Lemons, light notes of oranges, citrus pith, lactic acid, and a touch of woody funk.

T: This follows the nose. I get sour lemon, oranges, bitter orange peel, and some woody funk.

F: This has a medium-light body with medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is soft with a dry finish that keeps you coming back for another drink.

O: Another good one from OEC. I have never tasted a yuzu fruit, but I am assuming that is what I am perceiving as lemon. For me the lemon overpowers the oranges. To me this almost seemed more like a gueuze than a saison but with less carbonation. I didn't get much of the barrel character on this one, but still enjoyed it quite a bit. Recommended!
