Pours a foamy 1 finger head with fair retention, low lacing, slight hazy mostly clear golden tan color
Nose plenty of cereal grain, straw, pilsner malt, hay, grassy lemon grass and some tart faint funky notes, fresh fruity tart and grassy dry hop
Taste more pilsner malt, straw, cereal grain, a bit of bread dough, faint funky like notes again but not wild tasting, more fresh hops, lemon grassy, general grassy and fruity, faint herbal piney, touch of white grape must, touch of bitterness, drier finish, lingering grassy floral lemony hops
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med to a bit higher carb
Overall pretty nice lager
