Cloudy yellow body with a large white head, sporadic blobs of lacing. Aromas of lemon, clove, grass, flowers, and wheat. Taste adds minor bubblegum and sneaky bready yeast. Feel is bright and wheat driven, not crisp but cleans up decently in the sip. Paired great with dim sum

A: Pours with a light haze, a pale golden/yellow color. With a dense white head forming. Good retention and lace left behind. This is a looker.
S: Peppery spice, clove, orange and lemon peel. Banana esters, and a zesty snappy wheat character.
T: Wheat, and peppery spice. Orange and lemon again, that almost becomes tart. Banana esters, clove/spice, and plenty of sweetness. Though that never become cloying.
M/O: A medium body with crisp carbonation. As this breaths, it becomes wonderfully smooth. Very enjoyable to drink.
That lemongrass is noticeable, and amps up the citrus to an almost tart/acidic level. It works well with the other more traditional Hefe characteristics. A very nice take on the style, and I'll track some more of this down when I get a chance.

Aroma is wheat/malts, a hint of bubblegum and citrus/lemon. The flavor is bubblegum, wheat/malts, slightly slick and a mildly bitter/lemon/citrus hop finish.
