No can date
Pours a frothy bubbly 1/2 finger off-white head with fair retention, sticky lacing, amber to slight copper fairly hazy color
Nose starts with souring funk, bacteria and acidity, some winy notes and grape must, a bit of red wine, various fruits mostly citrus, little sweet malt
Taste brings the tartness but not too sour, bright acidity, quite acidic, with fair sourness, lots of fruit as well but various generic fruity notes especially citrus fruits, into wine notes, soft red wine and grape must, plenty of buttery toasty oak, getting into cranberry tartness, a bit of sweet malt, mild flemmy tart finish with more acidity
Mouth is med bod, med to higher frothy carb, acidity on the higher end
Overall not bad, I like the wine barrel notes, there is plenty of fruits and citrus but hard to call it lime, more acidic that I expected as well, but still pretty good
