The Dyckman Brew pilsner is a slightly sweet aroma and is characterized by an undertone of pale malts and citrus notes. This premium lager is cool fermented and aged for six weeks to create an exceedingly balanced malty-sweet flavor with a spicy finish. It boasts a smooth, rich, and refreshing feel along with a deep golden color and thin white head.

Clear, golden color. Medium-sized, white head. Malt, grass, and bread in the aroma. Dry taste with moderate hoppy bitterness. Not bad with some wings.

Pours a straw color with hints of golden, decent two finger nail length frothy head, soapy lace.
Mild grassy nose and then an orange zest aroma takes over. Also some earthy tones. Hint of honey towards the end.
Sweet, lightly toasted malts taste, kiss of hops, slightly dry grainy finish.
So light and drinkable, I had to hold myself back.
Really good pilsner and I was delighted to discover this little known brand.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving wispy patterns of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderately strong aromas of sweet bready malts are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of bready malts and has a bit of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has nice malty undertones but seems like it could use more in the way of hops to lend some bitterness to the taste and balance off some of the malty flavors.
