Cloudy, dusty gold color with wild, thick bubbles that I could've sworn looked like fish eggs--or perhaps I've just been living in Japan too long.
Floury, thick aroma with weedy hops and sweet malts. Wide and lasting, especially when the head remains, which it does for some time.
The taste is fruity and thick like flour--like sweet, dried fruit rolled up in baking flour. Slightly salty as well. Flavorful hop aftertaste. A beer with high drinkability and uniqueness.
The carbonation was my biggest complaint with this beer--really weak, getting towards flat. A little something more would've been nice.

I have never had a more complex pilsner. This comes at you from every direction. Good head, fantastic retention, deep dark aroma which I just cannot place. Darker, almost transparent body. Floral. This is wonderfully, but not agressively hopped.
