Beautiful crimson and oragne body, with a low, almost non-existant head. Huge citrus hop and gargantuan malt aroma jumping out of the glass. Bitterness hits the palate like a fire engine, but it is a super smooth bitterness. Rich maltiness. This has a luscious smooth mouthfeel and a great full body. It is slightly sweet with huge biscuity malt. Yum, Yum!

Phred told me that this was the 10th Anniversary special edition of the Red Fox, which is the Kita-kitsune in Japanese (which is literally translated into Northern Fox). As you all know, the Red Fox is Rogue's American Amber. What this is from Rogue's line up is anyones guess, but whatever it is, it is fantastic.
