L: bright gold pour with streams of rapidly rising bubbles blanketed by a 2" off-white foam cap with good retention
S: has an earthy onion smell with melon, tropical fruit, berry, citrus and a trace of vegetable
T: Tropical fruit leads the flavors joined by melon, berry, lactose, and pie crust
F: The beer is very creamy with a medium body and carbonation
O: My bottle was 8 months old and the hops were a little muted and some oxidation flavors were starting to show up. It is still a decent drink.

Pours a clear dark golden color with a small head and lacing. Smell is fruity and earthy with bread malts. Taste is very good nice mix of tropical, citrus and garden hops, a touch of herbal/wine mixes in with a cracker meal malt finish. mouth fell is hop fruit and dry with very little bitterness. If you like Mosaic hops you will like this one ,its very good.

Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled very tropical - with grapefruit, mango and pineapple. Nice tropical fruit flavors with some sweet caramel & bitter bite.

Had it fresh at the taproom. Pours a clear amber with a foamy white head.
Aroma is citrus and tropical fruits with a hint of crackery malt.
Taste is hop-loaded. Tropical and juicy with pine and vegetal notes.
Mouthfeel is light and refreshing.

Bottled in November, so relatively fresh. Poured near fridge temperature
Look: pours a gold to light Amber color, with an odd white head of about an inch.
Smell: tropical fruits big time
Taste: muskmelon, mango, slight caramel, and a guava like finish. Delightful.
Feel: medium bodied, well carbonated and slightly drying
Overall: Mosaic hops always tend to be delicious, and this is no exception. Bank's Hop Lab series does a good job showcasing hops, and this beer is fantastic. I Highly recommend this beer.
