On tap at the brewery taproom.
Slightly hazy golden-amber body topped by a somewhat weak head that leaves spotty lacing.
Mild aroma with about as much malts as hops.
Flavor: well balanced flavor with more hops than the aroma suggests. About average hop level for style, with a less earthy mix than in many German pilsners.
Mouthfeel: Near medium body with medium carbonation. A little dryness in the finish.
O: refreshing and easy drinking.
