Brewery says this is made with Mosaic and Ekuanot (formerly Equinox) hops. Pours a golden clear brew with white foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Medium body, moderately spritzy, and just a little sharp. Fermenting pineapple aroma with a whiff of funk.
Taste starts with a very modest malty sweetness, a touch of crackers. Then it's on to the lime peel and green beans and green mango. A little bitter at the aftertaste but maybe less than typical contemporary IPAs. Sharp finish that's rather dry. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery.
