Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a snifter glass.
Dark brown colored body. Light beige head. Some web lacing but most sinks back down into the body.
Aroma of marshmallow, chocolate, and Graham cracker.
Taste is sweet, with flavors of roasted malts, chocolate, Graham cracker, and marshmallow. Quick end to the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Has a bit of a sour note. Good carbonation.
Better as the body is allowed to warm.
