Lousy location on dirty polluted pond. Staff are sloppy, clothes dirty. Loud atmosphere. Food mediocre at best. Pathetic to call water front.

Located within Midtown Station, a community space / food court on the northeast side of town. Large rectangular bar in the center of the room seats about 40 with tables around the perimeter and on the covered porch. 18 beers on tap. Friendly bartender. A variety of food vendors are on site with kiosk ordering.

Starting with the downside, the room itself is semi-dreary. Basic, bordering on low end economy.* Reminded me of a Caribbean block bar. First few times in the staff was semi-surly and aloof. They have since become semi-friendly. And their "parking lot" is a complete mess.

However, I have better feelings about:

The tap line.
What is it 32? 48? I only remember to count after my first stout and then, from my angle at the end, cannot keep my place. Anyway, maybe 16 OR SO are their own beers and then a wide selection of guest beers. They also will often put an experiment or two on the line. My last visit they had a West Floridian Nitro up! Great beer (but I really preferred the regular version, which already is quite smooth.) I normally try to have one of theirs and one guest but it is really a difficult decision as they concentrate on really good guest beers and keep changing them around. So I am forced to return more often than planned <-- good thing.

Their own beers.
Excellent!!! I tend towards Belgians in the first place and they hit the mark with my favorite, West Floridian Quad. It is fantastic, both on tap and in bottles (only $15 for a 4-pak at the bar). Then there are their imperial stouts, Into the Dark Roast, and it's predecessor, Into the Dark Unknown. I prefer the Unknown as it is much lighter in the coffee area. Unfortunately, the taproom seems to be the only place it is distributed. They are now getting good distribution on their main brews (many others not mentioned here) regionally.

Also, every time I visit the staff seems more and more friendly. They've always been competent but now they are seemingly more fun and in tune with the vibe of the place.

Infinite has their eyes on expanding into a newly available building on the other side of town.

*Will bet anything they upgrade furnishings as soon as they can!

Very nice taproom with large amount of their beer on tap and several decent guests. Service was good. A band was setting up outside to play but wasn't able to stick around to hear them.

I live in Gainesville, and had heard of this place for a while, finally made it down a couple of days ago. They have quite a few more beer (of their own) on tap now, all of which are very good. I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of their beer. Great stuff. I had five beers while I was there (had a good time) and didn't feel the need to even touch the 30 or so taps of not their beer. Will return for sure!

Infinite Ale Works has finally brought an excellent craft beer experience to Ocala. It is the only beer bar in Ocala focusing on beer. The selection is excellent for what is available in Florida. They often have limited releases and unique beers. The staff is quite friendly and helpful in making a selection. The location is perfect for Ocala near downtown and within walking distance of many restaurants. Great atmosphere! There is a small bottle selection that is quite small and could really be beefed up quite a bit. ABC is much better. I really do think that they are focusing on their own brews. So...I have had 2 of their brews so far which are pretty good. Nothing outstanding yet but they have only recently started releasing their own beers. Hopefully the quality will improve as their experience increases. But since it is the only brewery in my hometown I will definitely support them.

A great variety of beer on tap...a welcomed addition to Ocala. Two for One Select drafts on Mondays. They just brewed their first batch...Belgian Blonde which should be ready towards the end of Jan 2015. Congrats IAW on your first Brew.

Infinite sports a 40 tap system with 4 nitros. Last visit (13-Aug 2015) saw 15 of their beers (a lot of selections) with the rest being various craft beers, and they always have a handful of Belgians flowing. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE beer servers. Really good beer atmosphere. They have a TV but it is rarely on---GOOD.

There are a few 2-dozen+ tap offerings around Ocala now, but none are in the same league as Infinite.

For an Ocala tap-house/brewery, Infinite Ale Works is a great place to drink. They have 40 beers on tap that are frequently rotated along with 3-4 nitro taps at all times. Have many local brews at a reasonable price along with many European styles. Growlers are happily filled. If they served food it would be a perfect place to spend an entire afternoon.
