Enjoyed from a growler via Country Fresh Market in Beechmont. This ale pours a light golden with a solid white head that leaves great lacing and a decent pool of foam and a thick ring. Nose of subtle soft wheat, light honey, and light floral hops. Flavors follow the nose with a light soft wheat flavor, light honey to the front and back, and a light floral hop note to round it all together. Smooth and lightly creamy mouth feel finishes with a subtle grain note with nice carbonation ending crisp.

Tried first in a flight in Listermann's taproom and I was impressed. I'm not usually a fan of wheat beers, but this one is an exception. Very clean and fresh. Delicious with a very beautiful color! We later purchased this as a growler and later found it on tap at a number of local bars.
