Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing.
The smell is chocolate first which is quickly followed by caramel and vanilla with hints of booze.
The taste starts out of the gate with chocolate. The caramel and vanilla come in the middle. There are hints of booze. The finish is dark chocolate.
Full bodied with smooth mouthfeel
This is the best of the barrel aged batch 300 by far. The others were not that great this one is quite delicious.
