Served in a nonic pint glass
This beer pours copper in color with amber highlights. It is topped with two inches of tan head that leaves little lacing.
I get notes of toast and toffee.
It starts out sweet. Then through the middle I get some toasted malt. The finish is just bitter enough to balance the taste.
Medium to thin
This beer is decent. It has nothing to set itself apart. I was hoping for a little more out of a great brewery.
