Thoroughly enjoyed from the growler via Country Fresh Market Beechmont. This FINE stout
pours a nice blackish brown with a nice head of l=light tan foam that subsides to a thick ring,
thin wafting layer, and light lacing in a snifter. Nose of mildly perfumed raspberries and sweet dark
chocolate with a touch of molasses and cream. Flavors follow the nose with raspberry notes that hit all the
sides on the taste mingling nicely with sweet dark and velvety waves of chocolate mixed with medium
molasses and subtle char, oats, and cream. Excellent mouth feel for the style. Rich, creamy, smooth,
medium on the mouth feel, and finishing with a nice floral raspberry and chocolate note. Excellent.
