West Coast IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial. Poured from a can into a New Belgium tulip. The pour is light amber and clear with a couple fingers of rocky eggshell-colored foam. Nice fresh nose like cedar, grapefruit, and some pine.
Medium body with a firm feel and a sharp, hoppy flavor. There is a faint flavor of lightly toasted fresh bread up front, then one is quickly greeted by refreshing flavors of lemon and grapefruit. All the while, there is ample malt sweetness to balance out the hops. Finishes bone dry with lingering flavors of orange, lemon, and cedar.
I tend to prefer Listerman's New England IPAs, but I bought this anyway because their IPAs are never a gamble. This one was no exception. Very crisp, refreshing, and packed with a bright, hoppy flavor. Recommended for hop heads.

Aroma is sharply citrusy, with notes of orange and grapefruit countered by pine and resin, hint of onion.
Flavor is more resin dominant, fairly bitter and piney, with a lightly bready, crackers malt backbone. Citrus is muted. More bitter than I'd prefer.
