NE IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic brewed in collaboration with homebrew contest winner Tim Lucarelli (congratulations Tim!). Poured from a can into a Fibonacci tulip. The pour is a bit hazy and dark gold in color with 2 fingers of head and average retention. The nose is quite dank with strong notes of over-ripe tropical fruit. I get apricots, oranges, peaches, and marmalade.
Medium body with an oily feel and a balanced flavor. It looks, tastes, and smells more like a traditional American IPA (smells like an Imperial IPA) than a NE IPA. I get toast, marmalade, lemon, and honey. The flavors don't seem to develop or change as the beer moves across your palate. They just carry through and linger a bit on the finish. Overall a solid IPA, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Tried on tap at the Listermann tasting room, copper in color, fantastic aroma, probably the best beer I tried all weekend on the trip to covington/Cinci

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
