New England IPA with peaches and apricots added. Poured from a can into a Bruery tulip. Same light orange as regular Fiona, maybe a little bit darker, and about as carbonated. It sports only 1 finger of fine white head that isn't well-retained. Same faint nose of orange juice, lemon, pineapple, and little fresh toast. I'm not sure I get the peaches or apricots on the nose.
Medium body with a citrusy flavor and a firm feel. I think it could be a little bit fruitier than regular Fiona, but I'm not confident I could tell the difference in a blind tasting. Same fresh toast up front and soft, fruity hop bill lending flavors of oranges, pineapple, and lemon. I think this one is a little sweeter, more citrusy, and "juicier" at mid-palate, but again it's hard to tell if I'm not drinking them side-by-side. Judged on its own, this is a terrific beer.
