Served in a pint glass
I'm guessing this bottle is about three years old.
This beer pours amber with burnt orange highlights. It has a slight haze. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves little lacing.
I sure can smell the rum. I get some oak and hints of vanilla.
Rum is the dominant flavor. I get some orange, dates, and fig. There is no vanilla or cinnamon. This bottle is a couple years old probably.
Medium bodied with an almost syrupy mouthfeel
This beer tastes nothing like horchata at this point, but it is still good.
