New England Session IPA brewed with Galaxy, Citra, and Lemondrop hops. This beer was brewed in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association and to help promote the Cincinnati Walk to End Alzheimer's. Poured from a can into a Listermann's pub glass. The pour is very hazy and light straw in color. The nose is very dry and a little musty. Almost like a dry white wine. I also get some lemon and fresh herbs on the nose (mint and sage).
The beer has a light body and a dry flavor. It's very mimosa-like, with bright citrus fruit (lemon and some orange) contrasted by very dry white wine flavors. Up front I get some light wheat-like graininess, but it is very quickly overtaken by lemon, rosepetals, sage, and champagne. These dry, citrusy, musty flavors persist across the palate. The finish is stone dry and quite appetizing.

Awesome lighter pale / IPA. Tons of dank flavor.
