From the growler via Jungle Jim's Eastgate in a snifter. Pouring
a rich opaque with a moderate head of tan foam that settles to
a thin ring and displaying spotty lacing. Nose of Cinnamon,
cocoa, char, subtle cream, deep roast, and booze. Flavors
expand on the nose with a booze laden cocoa intertwined
with cinnamon, subtle nutmeg, mild vanilla, spicy chili notes,
and mild cream. Nice mouth feel; full body, lightly slick,
coating, smooth, low carbonation, and a spicy cocoa laden
finish.
Overall, a SOLID brew from a fantastic brewery!
