12 FL OZ bottle
Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and is topped with a minimal mocha head that leaves no lacing.
It definitely has a cookies and cream smell. I get chocolate, vanilla, and caramel.
The taste is milk chocolate. I also get vanilla and caramel. It is sweet but not cloying.
Full bodied with a velvety smooth mouthfeel
Listermann makes a ton of different beers. Most are good. Every now and then they hit one out of the park. This is the latter case. This is a dessert beer that is delicious. It really does taste and smell like cookies.

"Blend of barrel aged beers with cookies and natural flavors added".
Fuck. I've had some world class beers this year and this is in my top 5 best all year. As the one and only rating AND review for this beer this is hands down the biggest sleeper I've ever come across.
It reminds me so much of prairie bourbon paradise without the coconut. At 9.5% my mind is blown by the massive body and rich flavors. It smells as big as a bruery weekday, taste as dark fruity as bcbs or fyodor, feels as thick as a tenfidy, and blows your mind with subtle complexities like a prairie pastry stout.
4.75/5 all day.
